The Problem:
Bosch tasked us with the global launch of their new 18v Cordless Power Tool line. Despite being a world leader in the category, the challenge was to move beyond traditional selling points like durability and toughness. We needed to tell a deeper, human-centric story to demonstrate how Bosch’s new philosophy of "Simplification & Health" could tangibly change the lives of professional workers.
Solution
To illustrate how Bosch tools empower workers to take on larger projects and increase their professional value, we created a global narrative campaign titled "Moving On Up".
- The Worker’s Evolution: We designed a six-level "job site" concept that showcased a worker’s professional growth.
- Narrative Advertising: We followed the journey from entry-level tasks to complex rooftop solar installations, highlighting product versatility in real-world scenarios.
- Emotional Connection: The campaign shifted the focus from the tool to the outcome, positioning Bosch as the essential partner for a healthier and more efficient career.
Results
The campaign broke narrative patterns in the category, achieving immediate traction and massive global organic distribution.
